		<description>Eric, yes, I have been living that kind of forced no spend for awhile.  This time I am doing it by choice and journaling it so that I can see where my worst temptations are.  So far, they have been food related... driving by fast food on your way to the bank when you have already missed lunch.  NOT stopping by the convenience store for a soda on my way to work.  Planning compensated for it though.</description>

But I find that only using hard cash to pay for stuff makes me much more aware of what I am spending.  Looking at my bank account statement at the end of the month leaves me wondering what all those debit card transactions were...</description>
