Nothing tastes as good as home grown!

I made another veggie cassarole tonight - again with the year old frozen whole tomatoes - plus recently canned corn, zucchini, yellow neck squash, onions, celery, fresh edible pod peas, and some bread cubes...basically whatever veggies need eaten... and again, it turned out delicious - cook w/parmesan cheese.  When done add grated Tillamook cheddar over the top!   Yum! To die for!    and so pretty with the greens, yellows, whites (corn) and red tomatoes in there - just such a happy cassarole!   Enjoy!</description>
